LLB, Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa
After completing his LLB degree at the University of Pretoria in 2006, Reghard joined what is now Norton Rose Fulbright South Africa Inc., where he completed his articles and was admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa. Reghard left legal practice in 2009 and was appointed as an assistant manager at HMS Bergbau AG in Berlin, Germany. He later relocated to Jakarta Indonesia, serving as the president director of PT at HMS Bergbau Indonesia, where he started the Indonesian coal trading desk and managed its related mining and port activities.
In 2010, Reghard accepted a position with Liberty Commodities Limited in Dubai, where he was tasked with beginning a coal procurement and trading arm for the company. Reghard was ultimately promoted and fulfilled the role of country manager for the company’s Indonesian activities. In 2015, Reghard returned to South Africa and joined First National Bank Limited as the product specialist for securities based lending covering the Western and Eastern Cape provinces.
In 2016, he joined TBI Investment Managers (formerly known as Ora Fund Managers) where he is currently an executive director and the head of strategic initiatives. Reghard has a high level of international experience in project and business development, management, commodities, finance and investment, spanning more than a decade and across four continents.
